"REMOVING FILIPINO SUBJECT AND REPLACING KOREAN LANGUAGE IN PHILIPPINES"

We all know that Filipino subject is important to our country. It also preserves our culture that's inherited from our ancestors. Filipino subject is one of the major subjects that we're learning based on our curriculum. As time passes by, many trends comes up like K-pop, kdrama, western culture music etc.  What if our own language is replaced by another language?  Is replacing the Filipino subject really benefits us?  Or benefits other countries?
Whether you admit it or not, Filipino citizens chose to work overseas than to work here in the Philippines because of the poor system that the Philippines have. With that, Filipinos will prefer to study about the culture and tradition of other country. Aside from that, Filipino are not well appreciated due to the influence of social media.
Although many Pilipinos tends to work overseas, we can't deny the fact that we Pilipinos need our own language. Even our heroes sacrificed their lives just to fight for our country. On Article XIV section 6 and 7 of the 1987 Constitution which stated that "the national language of the Philippines is Filipino" so it means that we should enrich our own language even on the higher level. Filipino is our national language, it's part of our country and if they will remove it in college, we will get overcomes by other cultures. We are not a Pilipino without our language.
It's our nature to speak the Filipino language because we are Pilipinos. We don't need to remove the Filipino subject, we still need to know more about our language. We can still learn other foreign language while we're learning our own national language.
